We offer flexible plans to fit our Customers' needs.  While Pontita is open Thursday through Sunday,  we will also schedule events on Monday through Wednesday. Our pricing is based upon the day of the week, the number of guests, anticipated hours and how much wine is needed.  We will work with your caterer if breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner is required.

Pricing can run from $300 to $15,000 (US) depending on the timing of the event, size and wine.  Most of our customers enjoy our outdoor seating arrangement.  The outdoor seating can affect the number of guests if the weather is uncertain.   We can typically accomodate up to 75 people.

Events typically follow one of three models and fit a variety of budgets:

1)  The Customer only needs space for their event; pricing is usually on the lower end.

2)  The Customer needs space and limited wine service, perhaps 2 to 4 glasses of wine per person.

3)  The Customer needs an open wine bar for the duration of the event.
